Tyson Black is a Los Angeles-based photographer specializing in travel, hospitality, architecture and commercial work.

His photography is rooted in a natural sense of place—drawn to thoughtful architecture, beautiful light, considered details and the people who give a space its character. Working across film and digital, his approach is relaxed and observational, with an emphasis on natural light and minimal post-production.

Before focusing on photography, Tyson spent more than a decade in brand and content strategy, working with global brands and developing a deep understanding of how imagery lives across editorial, digital and commercial platforms. 

That perspective continues to inform his work today: creating photographs that feel authentic and lived-in while remaining purposeful for the brands and spaces they represent.
